Join us at the 7th annual Orlando Downtown Art & Living Expo
at our beautiful location
nestled between stately oaks and on brick paved North Eola Drive along the eastside Lake Eola Park
in Downtown Orlando.
The 7th annual
Orlando Downtown Orlando Art & Living Expo at Lake Eola Park will be held
February 19 & 20, 2011. The exciting Art & Music Festival features Free
Admission.
Over 130
Art & Fine Craft and Downtown Orlando Exhibitors
will be showcased.
Expo hours will be
Saturday & Sunday 11am - 6pm.
Direct access to your booth location along beautiful brick paved North Eola
Drive
along Lake Eola Park,
easy unload and set-up!
Phase I -
Booth Set-Up starts 3pm on Friday, February 18, 2011.
Phase II - Booth Set-up starts at 6am on Saturday,
February 19, 2011.
Set-up - phased arrival schedule, with artist's
provided with a set-up
arrival time, so everyone does not arrive at the same time, in an effort to
create a smooth set-up process.
Staff will be on hand to assist with unloading. There is free off site
parking for artists & vendors nearby
to the Expo Event Site.
2011 Artist Awards & Ribbons to be presented:
(1) $1,000 - Best of
Show,
(4) $500 - Awards of Excellence
(3) $200 - Judges Choice
The Jurist panel
will consist of Three (3) independent
judges.
Awards are presented solely at
the discretion
of the judges.
The Awards will be presented at 5PM on Saturday afternoon on the Expo Stage.
Art Expo display section and will also feature acoustic
musicians, street performers and
children
art activities, a variety of Expo food and snacks will be available. Expo
Artists will be
featured in our Expo Pocket Program with over 4,000 programs to be distributed
at the event.
The Orlando
Art & Living Expo is a non-profit corporation with the mission to bring art and
music
together and enhance
the quality of life in Downtown.
The Expo is
presented in a partnership with
Artists Registry.com and the Downtown Arts District.
